Paintings are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the courier service and destination. Once the painting has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace confirmation. Paintings are always shipped with insurance.

You have the right to request a return of a painting within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After this period, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the painting. Please contact me on info@donadorstudio.com to request a return. 

Please note that custom-made paintings cannot be returned. 

Once the painting is received in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

We do not accept returns for paintings damaged by the customer. The cost of returning the painting is the responsibility of the customer.

Please provide me with photos of the below if possible:

• The complete outer packaging with the address and the track & trace code.

• A clear photo of the address and track & trace code.

• A clear photo of the damage to the outer packaging.

• One or more photos showing the inner packaging clearly.

• One or more photos of the entire item.

• One or more clear photos of the damage to the item.

My studio is located in Sneek, the Netherlands. 

It is possible to visit my studio by appointment to view a painting before buying.
